Payments

Custom Orders
Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization details
We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer (spelling, dates, images, etc.)
Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be changed or canceled once production begins
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be accepted once an order is placed. Due to the custom nature of our products:

Refunds or replacements are only issued if the item is defective or incorrect
